About Refund or Exchange

1. Can I have a 100% refund?

In case your order arrived with damage, please take some photos and email to cs@scopearl.com, with photos attached. After verification shortly later, we will have another product(s) shipped as you required. NO more money asked. If you insist we can issue a 100% refund, too. However, if your product is intact, just because of personal preference, we CANNOT grant any refund or exchange. Hope you can understand our standpoint.

2. How can I exchange the product(s)?

Basically, we can't issue product exchanging except damage cases. But for wholesale orders, we can grant you 30% exchange, namely, 30% of the amount you purchased. Please note, you should take care of the fee of shipping back the product(s).
